Our approach

We collect the minimum data needed to issue and verify certificates, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Account details: name and email address
• Certificate data: file fingerprint, title, category, time and optional file
• Technical data: IP address and browser information for security logs
• Messages you send through our contact form

What we never need

In hash-only mode we never receive your file. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

How we use data

To operate your account, issue and verify certificates, secure the service, respond to you and meet legal obligations.

Public information

Verification shows the fingerprint, time and certificate ID. Titles appear only if you choose to make them public.

Retention

Certificate records are kept permanently, as their purpose is long-term evidence. Account data is kept while your account is active and as required by law.

Your rights

You may access, correct or request erasure of your personal account data, and withdraw consent, by writing to us. Evidence records themselves are retained to preserve their integrity.
