Terms of service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using N1X you agree to these terms. If you use N1X on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
N1X issues digitally signed certificates recording the fingerprint of a file and the time of issuance, and provides public verification of those certificates.
3. Your account
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
4. Your content
You keep all rights in your work. You confirm you are entitled to submit it. Where you store files, you grant N1X a limited licence solely to store and serve them back to you.
5. Certificates
Certificates are permanent once issued and cannot be edited or withdrawn. The title, category and visibility you choose are recorded as submitted.
6. Acceptable use
Your use must follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Fees
Paid plans, where offered, are billed as shown at purchase. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
8. Liability
N1X is provided on an as-available basis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. Issued certificates remain verifiable after closure to preserve the integrity of the record.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
