Refund policy
Clear and fair terms for paid certificates and plans.

Issued certificates
Each certificate is a digital record issued instantly and permanently, so completed issuances are non-refundable.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you were charged but no certificate was issued, or charged twice, we refund the amount in full.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the billing period. Unused credits within 7 days of first purchase may be refunded on request.
How to request
Email support@nceb.n1x.in with your account email and transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
