For developers, agencies & startups

Signed proof your code existed before the client walked away with it

Freelancers and software agencies hand over demos, repositories and documentation before final payment. Certify each milestone so ownership is never your word against theirs.

The risk

Where your work gets taken

Unpaid deliverables

A client takes the demo build or source snapshot, stops responding and ships it under their own name.

Ex-partner disputes

A co-founder or contractor leaves and claims the core product was their idea.

Idea leaks at pitches

Pitch decks and technical architecture shared with investors or accelerators appear in a competitor's product.

What to protect

Certify every file that matters

  • Source code archives (zip of your repository) at each milestone
  • Release builds, APKs and installers
  • Architecture diagrams, API specs and technical docs
  • Algorithms, models and datasets
  • Pitch decks and product requirement documents

Your workflow

Protected in under two minutes

  1. 1Zip your repository or export your build at a milestone.
  2. 2Upload it — or submit only the hash so the code never leaves your machine.
  3. 3Get an Ed25519-signed certificate with your PAN or GSTIN-verified name.
  4. 4Reference the certificate ID in your contract, invoice or handover email.

Git history can be rewritten. An independently signed timestamp from N1X cannot.

Every certificate carries a SHA-256 fingerprint, an Ed25519 signature, trusted IST time, your KYC-verified name and a public verification link, admissible under BSA 2023 Sections 61–63 and recognised across 181 Berne Convention countries.
