Prepare the case
Organise checks by matter, verify up to 20 receipt references and export the verification table. Approved evidence access includes an unsigned court dossier with Section 63 custodian and expert completion fields.
Controlled disclosure
Professional registration requires email verification and administrator review. Private originals require separate receipt-specific approval after review of owner consent or court authority. Grants expire after 24 hours.
Section 63 evidence preparation
The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 provides requirements for electronic-record evidence. N1X exports recorded evidence and completion worksheets; the responsible custodian and expert must complete and sign the applicable prescribed certificate. Admissibility and evidentiary weight are determined by the court, not by a portal badge or verification result.
